In many respects, instructors are the driving force of LON-CAPA. Instructors do the weaving of content, instructors run the courses, and instructors more often than not are also content creators. Being faculty members ourselves, we want to empower the faculty.
Adoption of our model system LON-CAPA has mostly been driven by faculty demand. We have seen steady growth in both schools and higher education. Our goal, though, is exponential rather than linear growth.
